Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

All HippoQuote subscription fees are final and non-refundable, including initial purchases, renewals, partial billing periods, and cancellations made during an active billing cycle.

2. Upgrades and Proration

If you upgrade during an active billing cycle, Stripe may apply prorated charges or credits based on the time remaining in your current period. Any proration amount is calculated and processed by Stripe.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle after cancellation takes effect.

Cancellation does not create a refund or credit for unused time in the current period.

4. Limited Billing Exceptions

We may review requests related to duplicate charges or clear billing errors. Any exception is granted at HippoQuote's sole discretion.

5. How Approved Refunds Are Processed

Any approved refund is issued through Stripe and returned to the original payment method used for the charge. Processing timelines depend on card networks and financial institutions.
